Liverpool City Region Local Enterprise Partnership uses the Advicefinder website to help businesses find local professional service providers (and access a subsidy on their costs).
It also has a section on (usually) small quote and tender opportunities that suit SMEs and micro-businesses – keep an eye on it here – and there are a couple currently available that might just be right for your organisation.
